The Paper: 18 pt Brown Kraft, 100% Recycled
Thick Brown Kraft Uncoated 18 pt: natural fibers and flecks, 100% recycled with at least 30% post-consumer waste, heavier than standard 14 pt and 16 pt stock, and writable with any ink.
At 18 pt, kraft trading cards shuffle, stack and survive a pocket or binder sleeve.
Rustic Color or Bright White Ink?
Printed straight on kraft, colors soak into the paper for a warm, vintage look. Add white ink (a white mask) underneath and they print bright and true. Design Tips for Kraft Trading Cards
- Skip printed borders. Cutting can shift up to 1/16" (0.0625") in any direction, which can make thin borders look uneven. Let your design bleed to the edge instead.
- Use a spot white mask for photos and stats, and let the frame and background stay natural kraft for a vintage collectible look.
