You will know exactly when we have received your order when the printing job is completed and even when we submit your documents to our partner carriers for shipping. After your order has been submitted to the carrier agency, all delivery service and tracking information are provided by the carrier team. PrintMagic does not share any personally identifiable information with third-party parties for their promotional purposes; we will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any company outside of PrintMagic or its subsidiary companies for marketing purposes. Registration

In order to use PrintMagic , a user must first complete the registration form. During the registration process, a user is required to give a name and email address. We collect this information and contact the user about our services even if they have not placed an order. In addition, when placing an order on our site We also collect payment information, shipping information, phone number, and other required data if a user places an order on the PrintMagic site.

Communications from the Site

Special Offers and Updates will be received by subscribed members occasionally about new products, services, special deals via email offers or direct mail. Considering the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Customer Service

We communicate with users via notes on a regular basis to provide requested services. Both our production and customer service staff use email, phone information and custom notes to communicate with customers about issues pertaining to their orders.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our website, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend an email invite to visit the website. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending the email and tracking the success of our referral program. You can contact our support team or email us if you wish to delete your testimonials.

Files

The design/artwork files uploaded by you are hosted on our secure server environment. We use firewalls and other advanced technologies to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
