The horizontal placement has slits placed on the top and bottom while the vertical orientation has tabs on the left and right. It has notched tabs that can hold a standard size, Business Card.

For printing 6″ x 9″ Folders, you will get Half Moon Business Card Slit that are two semi-circle slits to hold the standard Business Card in place. You can easily slide the card in and out as needed. The horizontal placement has slits placed on the top and bottom while the vertical orientation has slits on the left and right.
