Security Tint & Self-Seal Window Envelopes

Window envelopes often carry your most sensitive mail: payroll checks, vendor payments, invoices, bank statements and tax forms. Our security tint envelopes are built for that job:

• Blue security tint pattern: A blue crisscross pattern printed on the inside of the envelope distorts the text on the enclosed document, so check amounts, account numbers and personal details can’t be read or deciphered through the paper.
• Peel-and-seal Security Strip: Remove the release strip, press and seal. There’s no licking, no moistening and no glue, so you get a strong, consistent seal on every envelope.
• Secure, permanent bond: The adhesive closes tight and stays closed through postal handling, and any attempt to open the envelope is more noticeable.
• Faster hand-stuffing: Peel-and-seal closure makes it quick to prepare large batches of invoices or payroll checks in the office.
• Consistent, reliable closure: Unlike gummed flaps, the self-seal adhesive doesn’t dry out or curl in storage, so leftover envelopes still seal months later.

Choose Your Size: #10 or #9 Window Envelopes

• #10 window envelopes are for outgoing mail. They fit an 8.5″ x 11″ invoice, statement or letter folded in thirds, or a standard business check, with the address showing through the window.
• #9 window envelopes are for return mail. They fit inside a #10 and show the remit-to address printed on your payment coupon, so customers can mail payments back securely.

Tip: Order both as a matching billing set. The #10 carries your invoice out, and the #9 brings the payment back, both with the same branding.
