Dine-In Menus That Make Every Table Look Its Best
Your dine-in menu is the first thing guests hold and the last thing they read before ordering. Make it count. We print dine-in menus in vivid full color on sturdy stocks, flat or folded, sized for anything from a café table to a family booth. And guests still want a menu in hand: in a 2024 survey, 81% of diners preferred a physical menu over a QR code.
Build Your Dine-In Menu in 3 Choices
| 1. Size | 11″ x 17″ half-fold (our most popular folded menu, as of 2026) · 8.5″ x 14″ flat (our most popular flat menu) · 8.5″ x 11″ · 5.5″ x 8.5″ · tall 4″ x 10″, 4.25″ x 11″ and 5.5″ x 17″ for drinks and desserts |
|---|---|
| 2. Paper | 100 lb. gloss cover for a sturdy table menu · 100 lb. gloss text for folded menus · 10 pt. waterproof for spill zones |
| 3. Finish | UV (100 lb. gloss text only) for high gloss and the most protection · Satin aqueous for a soft look you can write on (great for daily specials) · Aqueous · Uncoated |

From Our Print Shop
We always score, then fold. Pressing a clean crease line into the stock before folding keeps cardstock and menu papers from cracking along the fold, so your colors and text stay crisp right across the crease.
How Long Should Your Dine-In Menu Last?
- Seasonal or changing often: 100 lb. cover, uncoated (from 25) or with aqueous (from 500), is affordable to reprint every season; writable satin starts at 1,000 (5–7 days).
- Busy dining room, years of use: upgrade to laminated menus (5 mil, sealed edges).
- Patios, bars and poolside: choose waterproof synthetic paper menus, which you can spray and wipe clean after every use.
How Many Dine-In Menus Do You Need?
Plan one menu per seat, plus 10–20% spares for busy nights and wear. A 60-seat restaurant needs about 66–72 menus. Round up to the next quantity (e.g., 75). Order from 25, with up to 15 versions per order (lunch, dinner, drinks, kids).
