My print got damaged during delivery! What should i do?

Oh no! We are sorry that your print has been damaged! Send us an email at contact@printmagic.com with pictures of damaged product or any relevant details and we will work with shipper or reprint to resolve the issue ASAP.

Will I be notified when my job is shipped?

Yes. You will receive an email notification as soon as your Job Status changes to “Shipped”.

Can you ship to a residential location?

Yes, we do ship to a residential address. Just fill out the shipping address as usual.

What do I do if my product was damaged in transit?

If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department. A quality assurance claim will be started to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Is it possible to split my order and ship to multiple locations?

How fast can you deliver my order?

The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. As part of the online order process, we show you the shipping charges for ground, 3-day, 2-day, and next day shipment.

If you need an item to delivered faster than the production time shown, please contact our customer service department.

How do I track my packages?

The Shipped email that is sent out has the Shipping tracking number shared. You can use the tracking number with the final delivery leg made by USPS at usps.com Once the package has been delivered to a USPS facility, the USPS tracking information will become available.

Do your shipping speeds include production time?

No, shipping speed does not include production time. Production time is the time required to complete all in-house production steps which includes plating, printing, bindery and packaging once you approve your proofs.

My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?

Normally, all packages are delivered before 8 pm on the date of delivery. But, if you do not get your package delivered on the delivery date you can reach out to customer service department and we will be glad to help!

Do you offer free shipping? Why is shipping so expensive?

At present we do not offer free shipping. But, we are constantly working to reduce our costs and pass on the savings to our customers by offering great deals, discounts and offers.

How to Calculate Ship Time?

We prepare your package for shipping after the Production completion of your order. The day after your order is shipped is considered as Day 1 of shipping. As an example, if your Order's Production completion day falls on a Tuesday, and it ships the same day, Day-1 of shipping would be Wednesday. If you have selected 2-day shipping, your order should arrive at your location by Thursday end of the day.

Also, note extended shipping time due to holidays and non-business days will add to the number of days.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We work with various shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and various Freight providers. We determine the most reliable and economical way of shipping, so you realize savings. Our shipping carrier determination is based on the product, ship destination, quantity ordered, weight, size and other factors.

Following are the shipping method transit times:

Ground Shipping: Generally takes about 1-5 days depending on the origin and the destination location

Three Day: Shipping delivery of your order by end of the third business day

Two Day: Shipping delivery of your order by end of the second business day

One Day: Shipping delivery of your order by end of the next business day

Group Shipping is eligible for products that have the same specifications and can be used when ordering multiple sets of that same product. Shipping them together can help you save big on costs and PrintMagic offers heavy discounts on shipping rates. To avail of this, simply pick your customization options and the number of sets you want to order on the product page. Depending on the package weight and box specifications, you will then be able to see the complete price break up on the checkout page once you’ve filled in your shipping address. Group Discount Shipping is available on all our products that have the representing icon on their page.

Is the turnaround time affected if I choose Group Shipping?

When you choose Group Shipping, there is a chance of your turnaround time being extended by at least a day. As all the products are shipped together, there is a possibility of delay in turnaround if one of them isn’t ready on time, thus delaying the whole order.
