What is a straight tension fabric display?

It's a portable, freestanding backwall made of a lightweight aluminum tube frame and a printed stretch-fabric graphic. The fabric slips over the frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, creating a smooth, seamless wall of color for trade shows, events and photo backdrops.

What size straight tension display do I need for a 10x10 booth?

The 10 ft. display (112" W x 89" H) is the standard choice for a 10' x 10' booth. Choose the 20 ft. display for a 10' x 20' booth, or 8 ft. for tighter spaces.

Can I use it as a step-and-repeat backdrop?

Yes. The flat, seamless surface is perfect for step-and-repeat logo patterns at red carpets, press events, sponsor walls and photo ops. The 8 ft. and 10 ft. sizes are the most popular for this. On a tighter budget? Our step and repeat banners are an economical alternative.

Can it be printed on both sides?

Yes. Choose front only (4/0) or front and back (4/4). Double-sided is great for open spaces, room dividers and displays seen from two aisles. Upload the front and back as two separate files.

How do you set up a straight tension fabric display?

Connect the numbered aluminum tubes (built-in cords keep them together), slip the fabric over the frame like a pillowcase, zip it closed and attach the feet. It takes minutes, and no tools are needed.

How tall is the display?

All three sizes are about 89" tall (roughly 7.4 ft.), which suits standard trade show height limits and leaves room above for your logo to be seen over a crowd.

Can I add LED lights?

Yes (with frame orders). Add 2 LED lights to the 8 or 10 ft. display, or 4 to the 20 ft., to make your graphic glow and draw attention in busy, dim exhibit halls.

Does it come with a carry bag?

Yes. Every display ordered with its frame includes a soft canvas carry bag. You can upgrade to a hard case, with or without a printed podium wrap. Graphic-only orders don't include a bag.

What is the hard case with printed podium?

It's a hard shipping case that doubles as a branded podium or counter at your booth. Pack your display inside for travel, then add the printed wrap and use it to hold brochures, a laptop or a tablet.

Can I order just the graphic?

Yes. Choose "Print Graphic Only" to replace a worn graphic or switch to a new message for a new season, product or event, using the frame you already have.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF (single page only), JPG, PNG and other common image formats, in CMYK, at 150 dpi for raster images, up to 300 MB. Build your artwork to the ordered size without crop marks or bleeds, convert fonts to outlines, and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK. For double-sided displays, upload the front and back as two separate files unless the template says otherwise.
