How do I setup my Event Tent file?

Text and graphics should be placed at least 0.5″ from the edge of the cutline for safety. Print Magic will professionally hand sew the panels together. Ensure you have 0.5″ bleed on all sides of your artwork. Do not add crop marks.

Can I use different designs for each panel of my canopy?

Yes, at Print Magic you have the choice to upload four different designs or artworks for each panel. In case you want the same design on each side, simply upload the same for all four.

Is the height of the tent enough for people to stand in?

Our Event Tents are 10’ wide and 10’ deep, with an extendable aluminum frame that has a height of 10.38’ to 11.42’, which should be comfortably high for most people to stand under easily

Do the Event Tents blow over in windy weather?

Pop Up Tents can catch the wind when used outdoors, but there are certain ways to keep your tent in place and secure, avoiding any damage to it. Ground stakes and ropes help fasten the tent to the ground, while heavy sandbags attached to every pole end can add more stability.

How much time does it take to set up the popup tent?

The aluminum frame the Events Tents come with are adjustable, so they can expand when setting up and then easily retract when taking it down. The whole set up process doesn’t take more than ten minutes with the help of two people pulling the frame from each side. After that, you can adjust the height and simply slide over the canopy at the top.

How can I keep my Event Tents clean?

Maintaining these tents is super easy as you can clean them using a washcloth, liquid soap, and lukewarm water. To increase the usability of the tent, make sure to clean and dry it before storing it.

Can the tent and frame be bought separately?

Yes, you have the option of buying the two separately. As the fabric canopy easily comes off the aluminum frame, you can also replace it when needed without having to change the frame every time you want to change your promotion.
