The durable & sturdy Polyester Flag 4 oz Fabric Material: Our Custom Pole Flags are made with superior quality, slightly heavier than nylon, but more resistant to weather conditions. The 4 oz. Polyester is tear-resistant, heat/cold resistant, low water absorption, UV resistant, and wrinkle-resistant, making it an excellent choice for outdoor display.

Reinforced Grommet Strips: Add Reinforced Grommet Strips on the left or top side of the Pole to make the Flags more durable and sturdy when used outside. Suitable for better wind resistance so that the Flag does not fly off or get damaged by falling.
Choose options of adding a white grommet strip on the left side or top side of the pole or only the Hem only with No Grommet.

Optional Pole and Bracket Kit:
We recommended the complete kit of the Pole and Wall brackets as well, rather than just the Flag.

The Pole is a 2-piece – 74.5 tangle-free Aluminum Pole with a Chrome Ball that has a top section that spins on ball bearings, which will increase the life of your Flag. In addition, the clips included helping secure your Flag in place and a plastic ring for use with grommets. Most recommended for 2×3 or 3×5 sized flags.

Wall Brackets is a powder-coated white flag bracket.

Before finalizing your design, make sure to place any design or text at least 0.5″ from the hem to ensure they don’t get cut out of the final product. Print Magic offers professional hand-sewn 0.5″ hems around the Pole Flag. Also, make sure you have a bleed of 0.5″ on all sides.

You can elongate the life of your Pole Flag by ensuring you take care of the fabric properly. If they get dirty, you can easily wash them to restore them back to their original vibrance. Wash the Flags in a washing machine at 30°C and let it dry completely before you fold and put it away. Only flat dry and do not tumble dry or iron the cloth. Never use bleach or give it for dry cleaning.

How durable are Pole Flags?

Customized Pole Flags is made with superior quality and lightweight Polyester material that is printed using a dye sublimation process. They come with an additional White Grommet Strip on the Flag’s side for better wind resistance when used outdoors. The Polyester Flag material is also flame-resistant but you should always avoid exposure to an open flame or extremely high temperatures. The Pole is made using a combination of lightweight aluminum and fiberglass materials that provide sturdiness and durability. The fabric has a plastic-like quality adding to the versatility of the Flag.

Single-Sided Flag Pole or Doubled-Sided Flag Pole Printing?

You can choose your graphic printed as single-sided or double-sided. If your choice is the single-sided Flag Pole printing, the material will be somewhat see-through, so the graphic is visible from the other side but with the reverse display like images and text being backward.
If your choice is the Doubled Sided Flag Pole Printing option, then you get two panels of material printed with a graphic, one on each side.
