How to request a Refund, Reprint, Cancellation or Return of any order:
Please contact us along with the Order # and a reason for refund, cancellation or reprint request. You may write to us at [email protected] or call us at +1 (888) 391-0199.
Bank, Credit Card or Merchant Processing fees:
All orders placed online are subject to credit card charges or merchant processing fees that our banks charge us for all online payments. This fee that ranges between 3% ā 4% of the total order amount. Upon cancellation, this fee amount will be withheld from all refunds or credits. On a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of the PrintMagic team, we may opt to refund this fee as part of your refund or credit.
Print Items, Promotional Items and Custom Print Orders:
If an order cancellation request is received within 30 mins of placing an order, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price less any credit card, bank or merchant processing fees as noted above.
Prior to Shipping
Before Proof Approval:
If we receive a Cancel and Refund request once our teams start proofing work, or after any design work begins, a pro-rated amount of the total order price will be refunded. This amount will be based on the time our team has spent processing the designs associated with the order. Our team will inform you of this pro-rated amount. On a case-by-case basis, we may or may not withhold any amount linked with proofing or design work based on the effort.
After Proof Approval and Order is In Production:
Orders are non-refundable after proof approval as they get sent to production for printing. You may choose to still cancel the order, however. In these cases, you can request us to discard the product being printed and we can issue you a partial refund. The refund will consist of the shipping and tax amount portions of the order for this partial refund, as we will not Ship or Fulfill such orders.
After Shipping
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and/or refunded except for some scenarios as described below.
Damaged or Incorrectly Printed Items
Please contact PrintMagic customer support at [email protected] or by visiting the Contact Us page if your order is incorrectly printed or is received in a damaged state. Refunds, Replacements, Reprints or credits will be finalized and issued by our quality assurance team after review of the order, the pictures you provide of received items, shipping, packaging details and comparing it to the original designs submitted and proofs shared, approved.
Undelivered Or Lost in Transit items
Please contact PrintMagic customer support at [email protected] or by visiting the Contact Us page if you have not received your order within the stipulated duration as per the print turnaround and shipping transit time. If the item is lost after shipping, we will review and file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier based on the lost or undelivered package information you provide. Upon final review by our quality assurance team, we may offer a replacement order, reprint, refund the amount or issue a credit amount for future use.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are printed on demand and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The PrintMagic team may decide to do a replacement print (reprint) for some select orders on a case-by-case basis, or as stipulated in this policy document.
